RULES
// I. BE KIND
It’s not hard to treat people humanely. If an issue between players happens to crop up and can't be resolved through discussion alone, please bring it to the mods. We're here to help and we'd like this game to be enjoyable for all participants. Please do try to resolve it between yourselves through a civil conversation, but if this doesn’t pan out, contact the mods next. Harassment will not be tolerated.
// II. IC =/= OOC
IC drama is okay. IC conflict is okay! What is not okay is for your personal, out-of-character feelings to get mixed up with it. If you can’t safely maintain a divide between in-character and out-of-character, you should not be applying to this game in the first place.
// III. BE ACTIVE
As this is essentially a partnered game, it's incredibly important that you are active for as long as this game is running. We want this to be fair to all the players, and if you’re inactive, you’re causing problems for your partner. This is a short-term game, but we do ask that you only commit to playing if you know you can be present for both the sake of your partner and any challenges you might get pulled into. That being said, Life happens. If something crops up, please come to the mods and we will absolutely work with you. Still, I cannot stress this enough. If you are even the slightest bit hesitant about apping because you aren’t sure you’ll be able to commit to playing enough to be considered active, Do Not App.
// IV. DO NOT GODMOD
Are you God? No? Then this should be easy. Do not ever make assumptions about another person’s character without their permission. Do not take actions for another person’s character without their permission. When engaging in a challenge, results will be determined via RNG with modifiers depending on players’ actions. Respect the dice. I should not have to say it but I will: do your best to make it fun for you and the other player and it should go great.
